New subclasses of zigzag sewing machines
Based on many customers´ requirements and after a detailed testing our company includes new subclasses of zigzag sewing machines in the production program.
These subclasses are equipped with a new R255 extra large hook (order No. S980 008816).
Thank to this hook the bobbin thread winding is 38% higher than on the bobbins in the R250 or R253 hooks.
This allows a remarkable reduction of the bobbin replacement time in the production process, resulting in improvement of both the sewn workpiece quality and especially in the productivity increase.
